Sliding Scale Therapy
I do provide sliding scale appointments on a limited basis. These spots are often filled by people who are members of a community with which I have a connection such as members of the LGBTQIA+ community or the mountain athlete community. Please feel free to inquire about availability though note these spots are often full.
Insurance
At this time, Altura Counseling and Coaching works off of a self-pay structure. I do not accept insurance. However, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance as an out-of-network provider. Full reimbursement for my fees is rare and requires that I additionally submit a diagnosis which meets insurance billing criteria.
* All sessions are through a secure virtual platform. Clients must be in the State of Utah to receive services.
